We are very pleased to announce that Julia George has won the 2020 (presented last week) Hertfordshire Hero Award for her work in creating the Red Trouser Day Patient Support Community billed as “Patient Happy Hour”. With very stiff competion, Julia was announced as the winner of the Individual Hero Category and was called to the stage to receive her reward.
The Awards Ceremony was the annual Herts Inspiring Awards and this year was held in the Harry Potter Film Set at Warner Brothers Film Studios at Elmstree.
A fantastic evening and it is nice everyy now and again to receive recognition for our voluntary efforts. Please join us in congratulating Julia for a well deserved award.
We can now truely describe Red Trouser Day as an Award Winning Charity.
