Earl’s Court Square Garden Open Day

From Tom Brown:
I’m pleased to report that we raised £370 from opening Earls Court Square garden yesterday. The proceeds are being split 50/50 with the Royal Marden Cancer Charity and Red Trouser Day Charity.

We would like to mention that £110 came from the Headteacher, staff and pupils of St Cuthbert’s with St. Mathias Primary School, Warwick Rd, SW5 (I was Chair of Governors there until 2014) and Year 3 came into the garden with a picnic, and to let off a bit of steam at the end. They were rewarded with some RM balloons.

Paul Finch, Chair of Red Trouser Day said “in spite of the in clement weather at times, a great day was had by friends of the Square Gardens who enjoyed the freshly made chocolate cake and copious amounts of tea and coffee. Paul would like to thank Tom for his efforts and the funds raised.”
