Red Trouser Day is a volunteer charity that raises funds for research, innovation and mental well being to improve bowel cancer patient outcomes.

The Red Trouser Day Capital Ring Charity Walk is an Annual event in support of financing research at The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

The 2020 event is organised by the Gillham family.

Last year Erin, the daughter of Andy Gillham a cancer patient, amassed a truly excellent £3000 in sponsorship donations for Red Trouser Day Charity

Fun, sociable walk to raise funds for Red Trouser Day Charity,  Registered Charity No. 1171208

The route encompasses parts of section 6 (Wimbledon-Richmond) of the Capital Ring; however to allow for a circular walk,
the route will be starting and finishing at Richmond Bridge.
To get to Richmond Bridge, there is plentiful car parking in Richmond (Friars Lane and Paradise Road are close) or travel by
tube or rail to nearby Richmond station. Please note the car parking in Richmond Park is currently (1/8/20) closed at

•Assemble from 10.30 am
•Staged Set off from 10.45 –11.00am
•Duration:about 2 hours/6 (10k) miles
